Vacant Position: Senior Financial Accountant

The Lex Caribbean group, with its vibrant professional services offering including
legal and corporate services, seeks a motivated and energetic Senior Financial
Accountant to champion our finance team’s delivery of services to the group.

*Overview of Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
*Oversee the finance department’s processes and systems
*Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team
*Support accounts receivable collections
*Oversee all payroll activities including the administration of all employment benefits
*Ensure accurate production and timely delivery of monthly and year-end financial reports for both single entities and combined for the entire Group
*Present financial information and analysis to senior management on a routine and ad hoc basis.
*Prepare annual audit schedules and coordinate audit
*Ensure compliance with all tax reporting obligations
*Assist with the budgeting and financial planning process

The successful candidate will hold an accounting designation (CPA/ACCA) with a
minimum of 5 years’ professional experience and possess sharp analytical and critical
thinking skills. Audit experience as well as experience with group medical and pension
schemes would be an asset.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, Excel, and Microsoft
