BIBA’s Coffee & Conversation series returns on Thursday, August 6, 2026, with a discussion on the Barbados–Canada tax treaty and what a renewed look at the agreement means for the global business sector.

The session will be led by Pascal Saint Amans, Special Advisor to Prime Minister Mottley on Taxation Related Matters, in a format designed for direct exchange with members over coffee.

Attendance is limited to BIBA members and tenants of Regus.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Pascal Saint Amans serves as Special Advisor to Prime Minister Mottley on Taxation Related Matters. He was Director of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration from 2012 to 2022, where he led delivery of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) agenda and the global minimum tax, and he founded the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes in 2009. He is a professor of tax policy at the University of Lausanne and HEC Paris.
