Results of Employer Branding Study now available

Business People Analyzing Statistics Financial Concept

BIBA members now have access to the results of a recently-published study designed to uncover the views of Barbadian employees on a range of brand-related topics, including organizational culture, salary & benefits, training opportunities and internal communications. The results of the study have been documented in an Executive Summary report entitled The Employee View of the Employer Brand which is available for download free of cost.

The study was conducted by Antilles Economics, an insights consulting firm and Blueprint Creative, one of Barbados’ leading strategic branding agencies. According to Ron Johnson, the Managing Director and co-founder of Blueprint Creative, the study was conducted to help provide business leaders with insights they can use to build stronger brands and stronger businesses. Johnson said that the insights uncovered as a result of the survey will be especially useful for CEOs as well as marketing, HR and customer experience professionals. He added that the results of the survey will be helpful for business leaders who operate in the international business sector and who want to familiarize themselves with the nuances of the Barbadian business community.
