Content Acquisitions Manager
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager for our Content Acquisition team. He/she will work closely with senior management and the legal team on a Content acquisition strategy, maintain and build relationships with our partners and help to negotiate acquisitions and renewals based on the Company’s overall strategy and budget. Your Responsibilities: Help to build a strategy to acquire new content from new and existing content providers in line with the Company’s overall strategy and growth; Work with existing partners to secure new rights, content types and renewal of contacts to ensure the optimization of all deals; Develop long lasting relationship with existing and new content providers; Perform content strategy analysis to ensure that our audience has access to the most appealing content based on their user info data analysis; Create partnership with key industry players and negotiate content deals; Monitor customer feedback, data analysis; Have an understanding of how content is consumed in multiple territories. What you have: At least 4 years of project management, sales or sales operations, and/or media production experience; Knowledge on the online media distribution market and interest in media (movies, books, games, music); Comfort with data, i.e. knowledge in statistics, web tracking software would be an asset; Experience in film/TV/media preferred; Excellent people skills; Excellent writing and communication skills.
